  • Chris Wanker--the Great Wall of China stretches for 1500 miles (there are some other, defensive, ramparts which extend it about 5K miles--but they are very low and in many places made of simple packed earth--the impressive part of the wall is about 1500 miles).

  • Let's not be silly--"excusable" was a poor choice of words, but it means "forgiveable." Some people's religions state that a person who regrets his/her actions can be foregiven--it doesn't mean that an action is "okay."
